Dr. Le is amazing, very knowledgeable and professional while being extremely compassionate and caring. If that were all that mattered, I’d go to her for the rest of my life. However, the front staff is nearly impossible to work with. I have called multiple times to schedule appointments, change appointments, request records/referrals be sent to specialists, and ask just general questions and every time has been a huge head ache. I would NOT recommend to come to this office. First of all, they called my wife to come to do lab draw test but they don’t even check name or birthday on the system to get to the right name.My wife called back and left an voicemail right after they hung up the phone but they don’t pick up the phone or call back at all. This morning my wife has to call back again and they blamed it’s my wife fault. What are they doing? Been our family doctor for over a decade, and she always goes above and beyond. We’re truly grateful for the care and kindness she has shown our family. Yes, the office is small and busy—because she’s such a great doctor. The staff work hard to keep up, and while they may not be perfect, they do their best. If that bothers you, there are plenty of other doctors with big offices, extra staff, and higher bills.
