Did this provider rush your appointment? No Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Not at all, their cologne smelled great Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Was this provider's office too cold? Way too cold, I thought I would catch hypothermia

Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood
