The doctor, hygienist and Adam, office assistant are awesome!!! However, the billing person is rude and adhere to payment agreements. Took two payments out of one month WITHOUT permission!! Agreement was once a month ! Adam should be in charge of it or someone who is not rude and has business ethics !!
This is the worst dentist office I have ever used. The office staff (Linda) is hideous. she makes you feel inferior the moment you walk in. Not only that but I had an appointment late in the afternoon, I hurried frantically to make the 4:00 appointment I was 5 minutes late. The whole office had decided I wasn't coming and had already left because it was a holiday weekend . I guess they wanted to start early. How professional1 NOT!
