Dr. Nguyen is awesome and has been our doctor for about 18 years. He's very caring, funny, personable, professional and to the point. That is important to me. What sealed the deal for me 18 years ago was after battling breast cancer, I had to have intravenous antibiotics for an infection to a breast implant that later my body rejected; and he took charge and took care of me. I'll never forget that. I stay with Kaiser because of him and his great communication whenever I reach out through the portal.
