Dr. Hoang's priority is protecting his staff, not his patients. When concerns were raised about dismissive and unhelpful behavior from his office, he sided with his staff and fired an elderly, medically vulnerable 90-year-old from the practice — over the phone. He'll defend his staff's right to be rude before he'll defend a patient's right to care. Trusting him was a complete waste of time. At 90 years old, that's not something you get back. Find a different doctor.

As a medical professional, I cant believe he lack of integrity of this office and the circle of errors that occur trying to comply with doctors orders. My father has a heart condition and wears a CPAP to sleep. He requires cpap to provide adequate oxigenation. Dr. Hoang refrerred him to Rotech in Elmwood , that is IMPOSSIBLE to get a response for and help.
