8/11/2026 workers came to redid trenches & fill. No notification by the HOA. Again my driveway is blocked & missed a Dr appointment. It’s no wonder your reviews are at 2.1. This HOA is useless when it comes to advocating for its members. The fiber optic fiasco proved them to be ineffective in supporting us when our property & vehicles were being damaged. Other than some occasional landscaping & paying the salaries of inept rude employees, I am unaware of what we are paying for quarterly.
