Doesn't return calls, doesn't answer the phone, doesn't return emails. Worthless company.
They keep sending the bill for it. its so stupid. FRAUD is what it really is . No lien exsist no where except maybe in their office,. They failed to serv anything BUT THE BILL COMES THRU fine! About to file a law suit and charge them with fraud.
My experience with this HOAMCO has been disappointing.I felt that Tracy Fliescher is focused on enforcement rather than support, leading to a stressful environment. If you're considering working with this company, I encourage you to think carefully about your decision. Horrible customer service. unfortunately, I own a home in a community that this company is managing….Their reviews speak for themselves.
We own a vacation property that HOAMCO manages. First rate customer service from Kimberly. The automated front end isn't hard to navigate, just enter the name of the person you want to speak to. We always get through on the first attempt. The hours are limited and there are no weekend hours, so for second home owners, such as ourselves, who come from another state, it can be a challenge to get in person service.
