They are awful. They collect the HOA fees while leaving the subdivision to look like low-income housing.
I've contacted Ms. Sommer three times over the phone and followed up emails in the last 5 weeks regarding weeds growing tall in the vacant lot front of our home. Ms. Sommer mentioned a couples times over the phone the Architectual was informed and the vacant lot owner is being fine $250 daily. My last conversation with Ms. Sommer was 9/15 at 8:4am and a follow up email yesterday as I expressed not just only a pretty site but also a fire haz especially windly like today. AWFUL, JUST AWFUL FROM START TO FINISH. These people are never in the office. Always away on vacation or closed for some reason. They do nothing more than collect a big fee for doing nothing. Tri City Management is a much better choice.
I was on the board with the previous Community Manager, and I not satisfied. I was not on the board when HOAMCO was selected to replace them, and I observed the new manager closely. Her follow-up, attention to detail, attention to budget and expenses has been exceptional. Her rapport with the board members has been all positive. As a result, I ran again and I am now an active member of the board and community.
They don't even deserve one star... If I had known how terrible this company was, I never would have purchased my home in their subdivision. I am having to seek out a lawyer to help me understand my rights and what my options are against this company.
