My community is Tome Vista in Los Lunas, and I am writing to express my concerns regarding Kristen Luna and the management team. I called to work out a missed payment of $45 that covers three months. During the call, the representative began yelling about my one missed payment. I was charged $200, which included a fee for an intent to lien. I find this ridiculous, considering we are all paying for our homes in this community, especially with these types of HOA practices.
