We have been in business since 2005 and have been diligently working to restore homes and businesses in Central Illinois. Stanley Steemer came out promptly and did the work. The employee failed to update my email address. The invoice went to my computer. I only check once a week. I paid the down-payment and then got another bill a couple weeks later. I thought the bill was excessive for the time spent.
These guys were great! Very quick and informative.
Their crew did an excellent job from working with my insurance company to water mitigation efforts. The restoration team did first-rate work repairing the damage and their estimates were very reasonable and resulted in quality work, even if it took a little longer than expected. Owner even gave me a price break, so I'll be using them again when and as needed for other projects.
Great to work with on reconstruction!!
