At first we were happy with the service that was provided when our basement flooded. This quickly turned when the Manager came and told us “I don’t work on commission” and “don’t call me over the weekend because I will be golfing”. After 4 days they came out and said 2 feet of drywall around our whole basement needed to be removed, and only worked 2-3 hours at a time. Just had some work done by Steve , Chad and crew in my basement. They were great to work with and did a fantastic job . I highly recommend them !!
Hired for mold remediation. Did a very thorough job and Scott was great to work with.
My basement recently flooded. I called Scott at Steamer and they were able to get a crew out to my house within a few hours of calling. Their quick response time certainly saved the drywall in my basement. They dig a great job and communicated well throughout the remediation process. Highly recommended.
