We had the best experience with the help at the front desk and with Courtney NP who helped get a raisin out of our sons nose We are forever very grateful. They were kind, professional, and gracious to Our son given the uncomfortable situation
I spoke directly with the manager at Hoag Urgent Care Trabuco Canyon regarding my experience, and unfortunately, it was just as disappointing. This is an urgent care—being short-staffed should not be used as a reason to send patients elsewhere without proper coordination or ensuring they will actually receive care. I was told to go to another location for an X-ray, but no responsibility was taken to make sure I would be treated there.
