The nicest urgent care I've ever been to I went in on a Saturday because my baby scratched my eye. They saw me minutes after my arrival, empty lobby, plenty of parking. Staff was fantastic.
Today's visit was quick and easy. Parking was a breeze and plentiful. I arrived as a true walk-in, without checking in online before arrival, because I found out the UCI urgent care across the street was going to be out of network with my Anthem PPO insurance. The person at the front desk got me set up very quickly, and I immediately received a text message to fill out forms while I waited. Stay away from Dr. Munkhbold. We have no comment on the facility itself. During our visit a few days ago, it was clear that she did not bother to read what her assistant had already asked and documented. My husband and I had clearly stated that I have had a hysterectomy, yet she still asked when my last menstrual period was. Horrible experience with the young female doctor at this facility. Refused to prescribe basic antibiotic for pain and even after taking and passing unnecessary tests, she still refused to prescribe medication for my pain. Went to another non Hoag facility and was given medication without any questions. I don’t recommend this facility if you’re an adult male. Huge lack of experience. Ask for a male doctor.
