Such a great experience! The staff was super friendly, and the doctor was very helpful. Reserving a spot was quick and easy, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. The check-in process was simple, and the appointment itself went smoothly from start to finish. I would definitely recommend!
What a surprisingly amazing experience for an urgent care. You never know how an urgent care is going to be, this was my first time here and I made an appointment for 9 am, and was seen by 905. What a gorgeous facility, did not feel like an urgent care nor even doctor office waiting room, and even the rooms were a great size, extremely clean and pleasant to be in. Excellent facilities, very clean. Regarding treatment I would've given this 3 stars (will share more below) if it wasn't for Ramon who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and taken care of, patiently answering all questions and offering resources that proved to be very helpful. We even called him the next day for a clarifying question. Super grateful he was there and offset the less than ideal experience with the doctor. The nicest urgent care I've ever been to I went in on a Saturday because my baby scratched my eye. They saw me minutes after my arrival, empty lobby, plenty of parking. Staff was fantastic.
Today's visit was quick and easy. Parking was a breeze and plentiful. I arrived as a true walk-in, without checking in online before arrival, because I found out the UCI urgent care across the street was going to be out of network with my Anthem PPO insurance. The person at the front desk got me set up very quickly, and I immediately received a text message to fill out forms while I waited.
