I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Hoag Outpatient Clinic. For the past two months, I have been trying to schedule an appointment for my mother, and the process has been incredibly frustrating. Communication has been poor, words have been repeatedly changed, and no one seems willing to take responsibility or make the situation right. Truly an incredible team here at the Physical Therapy section of HOAG Medical. I am recovering from a stroke & brain surgery which affected my cerebellum trrribly & I am so grateful to have been referred to this institution. Anthony & Raymond are fabulous at their jobs, along with Jamie W.! Incredibly talented and kind individuals who have helped my recovery tremendously. If you schedule an 8 am appointment, be cautious as you might receive a call at 7:30 am while you're driving in traffic, notifying you that your appointment has been canceled. It's quite frustrating that the provider managed to email me my exercises but failed to inform me that she wouldn't be available. This unexpected disruption has wasted my time before I need to go to work, making a mess of my morning. Unacceptable.
