Very, very hard to get an appointment. One person told me to call everyday to see if they had a cancellation they could accommodate (hopefully for a quicker appointment) I called for a week straight and I think they got tired of me and explained that it would not work to get a quicker appointment. I guess the MRi I needed is a specific one and they explained that they only had one machine that is why the wait time to so long. People however for the most part were nice just no way to help?
Their billing department is disorganized and poor at responding to issues. I was incorrectly billed for a procedure in June and still have not been able to resolve the issue despite > 10 calls to their department. Very frustrated with their billing department.
