That wonderful feeling of knowing you’re in the best of care is what I experienced at Newport Harbor Radiology. No long wait times. I had to have 3 imaging services and it was a breeze. A technician meets you in the waiting room which is on the same floor and explains the procedure, escorts you to the imaging room and back. Today I had a great experience. Hoag is always my number one medical/clinical place to consider for all my personal and family needs. This time I had the opportunity to know more about the genetic counseling program/dept. Everything went very well. Hoag’s team always great. If I had to suggest one thing: when front desk taking payment, not taking your card back to the customer office and a wait of 5-10 mins.
