I think the biggest problem facing HMG is the roster turnover. When I first came there, my doctor was Dr. Brandt, who I got a long with greatly. Then he abruptly left the practice one day. I then ended up with Dr. Weilland; who was knowledgeable but rarely ever available to schedule an appointment with. Now I'm with Dr. Czuka - Who seems to be a fine doctor thus far. Hopefully this grade improves with some stability at the office.
Absolutely garbage. I waited 2 hours for a simple blood draw. Everything ive had run through hoag has taken weeks and weeks just for basic things. Biggest waste of time and energy ive ever seen. Ill drive 2 hours to san diego to avoid this incompetency.
Worst service ever. Went there in June 2016 I'm still trying to get my bills and pay. Costumer service is the worst ever.
Dr. Salazar is a great find here in Newport Beach. My 89 year old mother in law just started with her and she showed extreme professionalism and patience. Her office also all appeared to be very helpful.
