Usually they are great, but currently it is IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of someone to schedule an appointment or help with the patient portal!!!!!

Wonderful Dr’s. Very educated. Nurses are top notch, kind and loving. PCAs are exceptionally helpful and kind. All staff is friendly. Great view and location. At HOAG you get the best care. They even have a Starbucks!

What do I recommend about Hoag.... ? I could write a book on how much I love everything about this place, the staff, the nurses , the whole experience...Oh and the doctors are the best, (special shout out to Dr. Torrey...!! ) thanks Tom Harrison
The staff here is impeccable from top to bottom. By far the best experience I’ve ever had at a hospital, and I’m saying that after a painful back surgery. Thank you so much to the doctors, nurses, dietary staff, and everyone else on floor 3E for making my recovery so much easier!
