Worst experience today at Hoag Hospital went in for labs that were stat to be rudely interrupted multiple times by receptionist due to her computer not working and ask her friend what time dinner/drinks are. Crazy to think this is the best around. I will be following up with these employee boss to see what training can be done or if they should look for others. So sad
