Dr. Samuel Herman is a wonderful in-person doctor - if you can get an appointment. My wife and I have been seeing him for just over two years, starting when he was relatively new to the office. He is a good listener, engaged, thoughtful and attentive. Unfortunately, he also seems consistently overbooked and is often unavailable when you actually need to see him. Several failed attempts at properly scheduling an appointment. Very unprofessional and a waste of patients time.
Excellent doctor, very thorough and a very nice person, too.
Do not trust this clinic. The clinical people are not very good at their primary task. The PA and nurse do not care about a quality diagnosis. I went there with an obvious upper respiratory and sinus infection and they did nothing. Very bad experience. The place has an annoyingly negative attitude. I went to a different local urgent clinic in the RSM area and they were great they gave me a prescription for my sinus infection and it has worked very well.
