To all type 2 diabetes patients: Start eating real food like meat, chicken, eggs, vegetables (mainly green), mushrooms, limit fruits that also raise sugar levels, and eliminate completely any processed food, bread, rice, etc and within a few months you will be able to end your diabetes! I did that and my blood glucose level dropped from 6.4 to 5.5 in 8 months! This experience was incredibly frustrating and disheartening. I have been a patient of theirs for a few years now and have been seeing Dr. Ahn, and his PA Julia Murphy. The group is very responsive and I really like this physician and his PA, who is really good! Highly recommend!
