I have been a member since the facility opened, first paying $400 a month for functional medicine care but I wasn't in need of much medical attention so it definitely wasn't worth it. The functional medicine doctor dropped all of her primary patients to run a new program, very upsetting after paying so much money. I was switched to a new doctor at this same facility paying a monthly fee of $50 which has now been 100% worthless. I saw that doctor ONE time. No one EVER answers the phone...ever. This is my first time leaving a negative review, but l felt like others might want to know about my experience before signing up for a monthly fee. I was very excited about this program, but unfortunately it feels like it is still in beta mode. If you care about longevity and already do DNA, DEXA & epigenetic testing etc, then this program likely is less than you need (as mentioned in another review) but for sure is slower than just managing it yourself. From the moment you walk into the front doors the experience is superior to any medical office I've visited. The staff are all very friendly, professional & helpful. The decor of the waiting area makes me feel as if I just stepped into a luxurious spa and the Hoag Compass app makes booking appointments and discussing your results with your Hoag Care Team very easy and quick. This is truly the next level of medical care. Extremely impressed!
