This review is for Hoag lab service on the 2nd floor in the Hoag health center building. My first visit was a first class experience. The front desk and the technician are friendly and attentive. The technician gave me step by step instructions and watched me complete the task before leaving. Today's experience was the opposite. What a great staff. They are carrying and knowledgeable about helping someone recover from a cardiac event. I'm looking forward to finishing the second half of my treatment and coming out stronger than when I came in.
Hoag Cardiac Rehab Irvine has been my safe place for the last six years. This is why I continued with the program long after my Medicare benefits ended. I am grateful for their caring spirit and thoughtful attendance to my every concern. They have looked after me like family and their kindness is a gift I will not forget. They are truly special, and I hope they know we patients are blessed to have their support.
Wonderful, kind and experienced staff. I’m grateful to them for helping me through the initial stages post heart attack two years ago through today as I return once per week for peace of mind.
Very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable staff helped me go from an ejection fraction of 35 percent after my heart attack to the 55-60 percent range (50-70 % is normal.after 32 sessions. If you work hard and follow their instructions, you will come away with a recharged heart and life! I love these people!
