We purchased a concrete island counter for our outdoor kitchen from Rich Hoadley 4 years ago. While it was under warranty (which was only 2 years) he was good at responding. Now not so much. Recently the top started to fall apart. I have sent him multiple emails and left him 4 voice mails. I have not heard back from him yet. Please do not buy from him. He DOES NOT stand by his product.
