I would give 0 stars if I could. The old lady that answered the phone seemed like she did not know what she was doing! I tried explaining to her that my husbands ears were actively bleeding and that Doc said to call and bring him right in if he had another episode. She kept trying to tell me they had no opening which I had told her I understand it was towards the end of the day……but the DOC said to call next time he had an active bleeding episode because he needed to come in right away. Awesome doctor! Caring and he listens!
My husband as well as myself were highly impressed with Dr. Nguyen. He has extensive knowledge, explains every procedure, is personable, takes time with every visit and has a superior bedside manner.
Dr. Nguyen and his staff are great, my experience was outstanding , I’m always a nerves wreck when I go to Drs but Dr. Nguyen is compassionate and he takes his time talking to you and explaining everything he’s going to do, I was upset when he moved and I didn’t know where he went but I’m so happy I found him again, thank you Dr Nguyen
