All the office staff is super friendly and helpful. The Dr is the nicest person ever. Super caring. And gentle. I highly recommend this place if you need an ENT
Oustanding experience with Dr. Nguen. He took his time addressing my issue in my neck and even maticulously cleaned out my ears. He was very informative and caring. The office staff is stellar! They all greated me with smiles and kindness and I was helped though a rocky authorization process that could have deleted my appointment with the upmost professionalism. The best experience that I have ever had as a new patient with any doctor & staff. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Had an issue with massive ear wax in my left ear over the weekend after using OTC wax removal. Called Dr. Nguyen’s office first thing Monday morning. They got me in that afternoon. Dr. Nguyen has been one of the best Doctors that I’ve seen here in Florida. Him and his staff are highly professional, Friendly, and even has lil jokes. I haven’t heard this well in a long time. Painless inner ear massage is what I will call it! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
