Shelley Grover is the hardest person to work with I have ever met. I would never buy a Candlelight home again because they work with HOA solutions and you're going to have to work with Shelley Grover. It's really sad how she has treated our 75 year old neighbors. She acts like you are renting from her. We almost bought another candlelight home but then found out that they use HOA Solutions.
