ZERO STARS. On 03/09/2023, HOA Solutions emailed me about a returned fee due to incorrect account information for ACH. I had kindly asked them if they would be able to waive this fee, regarding the returned fee. They had said they would not be able to waive this fee due to the bank giving them a fee. My bank is Mountain America Credit Union, I've been with them for years and I've never heard of a fee like this before. If 0 stars were an option, that's what they deserve. Terrible customer service, very defensive and unhelpful people. We have been trying to get our auto pay set up so we don't have to worry about paying the bill monthly and their system is so poor that we set it up and it doesn't work so then we end up having to pay fees to pay the bill. I feel like they're scamming people and this HOA company should be dissolved. Terrible, terrible, terrible company. Don't work with them.
If zero stars was an option. I would leave it blank. They aren’t even worth this one star. By far the worst HOA I’ve been apart of. They change the CCRS without telling you, hold elections and bar people from being in them. They enforce rules that are arbitrary and contrary to the benefit of the homeowners.
