Pick a different HOA management company if you want a service that is polite. Why pay somebody that talks to you in a very rude and unprofessional manner!
HOA Simple has consistently demonstrated a lack of effectiveness in managing the property, particularly concerning ongoing package theft, which has persisted for over a year without resolution.
