HOA Simple has consistently demonstrated a lack of effectiveness in managing the property, particularly concerning ongoing package theft, which has persisted for over a year without resolution. The company has shown a noticeable deficiency in professionalism and responsiveness in addressing this and other issues. These people are not only incompetent, they are also unprofessional and downright unpleasant. You could not find a worse company if you tried. Craig and Emily have zero integrity.

If I could give zero stars I would. If you are looking for an HOA company, do not use HOA simple. Just a horrible experience with them over last 3 years.
