Unprofessional management, lack of transparency, and poor community oversight. As a homeowner in Denver, I have been deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and mismanagement from this company. I lived in a condo building managed by Emily from HOA Simple. Throughout the time I lived there, and during the process of selling, Emily was responsive, professional, and timely. She has ensured our HOA is prepared for the future and is ready to respond to situations as they arise. I highly recommend HOA and Emily for your property management needs.
Emily Terry is one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful people I have ever dealt with. There are other reviews specifically calling her out by name. She has never once answered the phone, and when she finally replies to an email its as vague and as useless as possible. Its like she is trying to be difficult and ruin these communities.
