Top salon services without Madison Park prices! – I needed to get in for a last-minute manicure and pedicure on a Saturday. Hoa Salon is close and convenient, and they gladly got me into their schedule. I got the manicure and pedicure at the same time, and was in an out of the salon in about an hour with gorgeous nails.
