We had some trouble with my issue at first but they ultimately resolved it. Thank you.
As a landlord for over twenty years, I know what it means to be a good property manager. This company is not it. They take our money every month but provide zero follow through or concern for the very home owners. Very disappointed. I hope to soon have another management company in their place. The previous management company was profoundly better.
Impossible to get a hold on anyone despite having multiple safety concerns in my building. I just get redirected to an answering service where someone in another country picks up, tells me someone will call me back, and then no one ever calls back . Not at all a good management company. There is far too much manager turnover resulting in too many important matters becoming neglected. The companies communication is awful. I would never recommend HOA Organizers. Ownership must focus on effective communication and streamlining processes to prevent frustrated clients and employees leaving poor reviews.
