I did not know it was possible for an organization to be so incompetent and unresponsive. I'm in awe of how useless and unhelpful they are. I usually don't receive a response when I reach out, and the last time I did receive a response from Karen it is because I followed up 5 times over the course of 3 months. As a landlord for over twenty years, I know what it means to be a good property manager. This company is not it. They take our money every month but provide zero follow through or concern for the very home owners. Very disappointed. I hope to soon have another management company in their place. The previous management company was profoundly better.
Impossible to get a hold on anyone despite having multiple safety concerns in my building. I just get redirected to an answering service where someone in another country picks up, tells me someone will call me back, and then no one ever calls back .
