I did a job for this company and it's taken almost 2 months to receive payment! They said the payment would be expedited but isn't. I have to constantly ask what is the status of my payment check and they make excuses of why its taking so long.
The HOA has cycled through 4 different property managers since I purchased my unit. The latest property manager, Averi Roseman gave me written agreement to cover repairs and within a week had recanted on that written agreement and told me they would not be covering repairs. This is after over a year of water damage and water leaking that went unaddressed by the HOA and management and has caused over $40,000s of damage now along with other damages and distress.
