I did a job for this company and it's taken almost 2 months to receive payment! They said the payment would be expedited but isn't. I have to constantly ask what is the status of my payment check and they make excuses of why its taking so long.
The HOA has cycled through 4 different property managers since I purchased my unit. The latest property manager, Averi Roseman gave me written agreement to cover repairs and within a week had recanted on that written agreement and told me they would not be covering repairs. This is after over a year of water damage and water leaking that went unaddressed by the HOA and management and has caused over $40,000s of damage now along with other damages and distress. Larry A. the General Manager, Royal Palms HOA was amazing. I represented the new buyer for a unit in the bldg and he always took the time and effort to assist with any information needed. There were times when the info was required immediately and he was always available to help quickly. He cares about the bldg and it shows thru his hard work and quick responses.
