This business doesn’t return requests promptly and they ignore emergency problems. I would be more inclined to suggest the practices are rather shade lined, than bright and shiny. Would 💯 not recommend to any family or friends; enlisting or entrusting this service in real estate will prove to be a mistake. Such a joke, sub-par representation. This group has been terrible to navigate.
Nonresponsive and unhelpful. They have been a nightmare to deal with. It takes numerous emails and calls to get a response even to urgent issues. They just do not care. It is very unfortunate that this company manages my condo.
there customer service is good. there platforms are clunky and disorganized. I use many propert managers all have one platform for payments request etc. Hoa organizers uses two one as a portal than another one that processes payments. neither platforms are particularly great My original one star is harsh, so I did change it to a three.
