If you have the option to choose a home not under this sham of a management company then do so. They never answer their phones, run you straight to voicemail for simple questions and say you have to come to the HOA monthly meetings to get simple questions answered because they are too busy scamming you out of $3000 to pay for your neighbors roofs, after the records show they have the funding to pay for them with the reserves.
