One of the worst places I've ever seen. I've been trying to get my leaking roof since March of this year. Still have done nothing. Be aware dealing with these folks.
Went in to pay my HOA fees, the secretary was very accommodating and helpful. As I was the only one there paying fees I was in and out in a matter of minutes.
They are ok if you don’t have any issues but if you try getting in touch, they do not answer calls or emails.
Their portal online is trash. I tried to make a couple of payments it didn’t work. When I called in to get my payment done they issued me with a confirmation number that my payments went through I emailed them three times and nobody is replying. Then they will come with threats like they’re going to cease the apartment for non payment While I am here trying to do all I can to pay my dues.
