This was one of the most unprofessional and hostile experiences I’ve ever had with a business. In what is supposed to be a professional real estate office, the owner, Robbie, stood by and allowed the receptionist, Kiki, to verbally attack and insult me. Good luck reaching the office by phone. Leave a message to never hear from anyone. They encourage the portal, by don't respond. Seems like an automated voice mail service until time comes to meet quarterly/annually at which time they promptly ask for a 25 percent increase for their mediocre at best services.
They cause consistent issues with me and my neighbors. They almost never send anyone to mow the grass until it gets knee high and ugly, they trim the bushes maybe once a year, snoop through people's windows and sending them violation threats, give zero to little notice of when they are providing pest control services or other services, then they have them either not show up or show up at the wrong time. I lived in the treetops condominiums for a year, loved the area and the apartments, but the HOA was AWFUL. Kathy Price is extremely rude and dismissive and will not answer any questions about the ridiculous rules. I saw Rosie, who is also part of the HOA, standing outside our building and looking at our balcony on multiple occasions and reported to our landlord that we did not have the proper documentation for our cat, which we did and they later found, which was very unprofessional.
