Under both my HOA's By-Laws and state law ( 47F-3-118), "... all financial and other records, ... shall be made reasonably available for examination by any lot owner..." William Douglas apparently doesn't try to comply with either and has blocked me from such access. Now I have to take unnecessary legal action to gain what is clearly provided for.
