Seen homeless smoking drugs on some of the properties. Seen no response from management.
The African American woman in the office is rude. Not responding to peoples greeting, not answering the door half the time, not wanting to work friday afternoons, and cut me off before I speak. I know lots of people here couldnot speak proper English but does not mean she can be rude. I always have to go there to help my parents because they cant get a hold of this office.
