I've seen many different therapists over the years. With most not going longer then 3-5 months. But Hoa's process is different than any of the others. I stuck with it for almost 2 years and I'm honestly glad I did. The road is very hard, but if you are able to stick with it and understand he is trying to help you. Than the journey is worth it.

Despite having bad experiences with therapy in the past, Hoa completely switched my mindset on it and helped me see how beautiful and powerful therapy truly can be. Hoa is not the type of therapist who knows every detail from your week; he's the type to break down your trauma from the past—something much more powerful and effective, in my opinion. I found Hoa via another platform and had such a great experience that I followed him to his current practice! As a therapist Hoa is very thoughtful, direct and challenging without sacrificing kindness or comfort. I especially have benefitted from his religious cultural competency in working through my own experiences with identity and religious trauma

Hoa helped me unwind 25+ years of PTSD from medical trauma. His style immediately put me at ease, which allowed us to dive into the source of the trauma and emerge to a fulfilling life. Absolutely life changing. Two years later, I went back for some help for anxiety issues, and he helped me open the door to shine the light into some dark corners to bring awareness to the sources. Again, life-changing results...I feel like I'm able to be fully present in my life!
