Very poor communication
Brenda has been very responsive in ensuring all our matters are taken care of.
They wouldn't release the $400 lien release fee for my mother who had to be involuntarily committed to memory care. Couldn't help out an elderly, single-woman with a mental incapacitation. Nice.
Sam and the HOA Community Solutions team handled a nuanced community matter with genuine professionalism and care. Sam was consistently communicative, thoughtful in her responses, and clearly committed to treating all homeowners fairly throughout the process. The matter was resolved appropriately and I appreciated her patience and diligence. It is reassuring to have a management company that takes its responsibilities to the community seriously.
Colin was very helpful with answering my questions regarding HOA docs and transfer fees. He was able to provide me with a link to get printed documents at no cost, which I greatly appreciate.
