Professional and informative. Lindsey was friendly and provided details on how to access HOA website.
They assist HOA’s in selective enforcement of the CC&R’s. I personally can’t recommend anyone use this management company unless they want to open themselves up to bad advice and potential lawsuits. Additionally, if you are a homeowner whose HOA uses this company, keep meticulous records of anything so you have evidence should you end up the victim of selective enforcement and discrimination.
