They do not answer calls or return calls. They are unable to do elementary math or follow guidelines. In response to owners reply…they only contacted me after I left a negative review which was 5 days after my initial contact.
They do not respond to messages or calls, which is unsurprising as the fines and fees they assess are ridiculous. Paid a huge assessment for street tree removal and they failed to actually remove the tree on our property that’s completely lifting and cracking the sidewalk. Even with messages and photos they failed to do anything yet have the nerve to complain about some moss on the roof (that was quickly taken care of but still fined). Shady business.

Brenda Dickerson is simply the best at what she does. She was super helpful in walking me thru my portal issues and answered all my questions. Very personable and knowledgeable and made everything super easy for me. She made my day!
