Do yourself a favor. Do not buy a home in any community that contracts with HOA Community Management. All their many, many bad reviews cannot all be from residents with a vendetta, or who received a reprimand. Some of the online reviews are quite alarming. And, if you are shopping for a replacement management company for your community, keep looking. You will not find compassionate, ethical, professional services here. This has to be one of the poorest run companies I've ever had to deal with. The HOA Board has discovered several negligent issues with the financial handling of our account. They don't communicate in a timely manner with the homeowners with regard to requests for information or ARC requests being filed. We've been trying to get information from them to move to another company and it's been a very painful and overly difficult experience.

I think everybody deserves a fresh chance as we don't know all the details behind the scenes. They may deserve 3 stars by most residents but just one by me. The grounds are kept clean regularly. I am posting this in the slightest chance that an HOA member/officer of Crescentwood reads this. It'd be great to have more meetings in person so the citations made more sense and could be explained in person -- with kindness and open conversation.

The representatives are unresponsive to phone calls and they come up with fees on their own that aren't shown in the neighborhood covenants. I would definitely look for a different management group if you are considering HOA Community Management for your neighborhood.
