A roof leak occurred and damaged the ceiling in my son's condo, which occurred right before he was to be deployed for 7 months. I had to contact **************** to find out when they would be out to fix the ceiling damage, she had the restoration company contact me directly so that I could schedule a time to fly out for the repair of the ceiling.
