This is the worst and most horrible oral surgery office that I have ever visited. The office manager Maricela in Rowland Heights is extremely rude, judgmental, and discriminated against people. She yells, screams, argues, and angrily fights with customers all the time. She has terrible service and poor listening skills. I rarely get incensed with ignorant people but, when my dollars are being spent and I have to deal with a person who is not only unprofessional but, is also un-caring. This is my worst dental experience ever!! I was referred to Dr. Ho by a colleague and from the beginning the billing lady named Julie acted like she had an issue with something. Perfect!!! Even though the location is far from where I live and work, I feel more comfortable with Dr. Ho than other local doctor.
Excellent Dentist! did 2 extractions and removed a oral cyst. overall very pleasant .
