I rarely get incensed with ignorant people but, when my dollars are being spent and I have to deal with a person who is not only unprofessional but, is also un-caring. This is my worst dental experience ever!! I was referred to Dr. Ho by a colleague and from the beginning the billing lady named Julie acted like she had an issue with something. Perfect!!! Even though the location is far from where I live and work, I feel more comfortable with Dr. Ho than other local doctor.
Excellent Dentist! did 2 extractions and removed a oral cyst. overall very pleasant .
