Do not order there EGG FLOWER SOUP. Super huge disappointment. Watered down and didn’t look nowhere near as it should. Smh
This review is very very long over due. Ho-Toy’s use to be the best Chinese food joint in Orange County, hands down, don’t agree? Fight me. Lines were out the door just to get their hands on that delicious orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. They were second to none. The chow mein… don’t even get me started on the chow mein.
