Food is exceptional, specially the salad and fried rice... The service is great, the staff is helpful and friendly!

The Ho Sum Bistro is a good restaurant, I'm just sad they stopped serving the Ho Sum Salad. That was the best salad they made, and when they took it off the menu, I stopped going.
Hosum is a long favorite, probably more than 25 years for my family. Our daughters live very far away, but a meal at Hosum is on the must do list to a visit home to NB. Our grandchildren who live out of state love the food here too. My favorite is the combo salad with lite dressing and chicken fried rice. I often go here on the weekend by myself because it is just that good!
