Dr. Ho and his staff were amazing on so many fronts, getting me in the same day, making me comfortable, and performing a high quality root canal. Even better, following up with me a few days later to check if I was feeling good. I'd recommend Dr. Ho to anyone. 5 Stars is not enough when in need of a good dentist!!
I was referred here by my general dentist for some complications with previous root canals. I had initially been dreading my appointment because I've had so many traumatic experiences around dentistry but I am so happy to have been proven wrong! Everyone (Dulce, Edrene, Tiffany, and Dr. Ho himself) is so kind and helpful with everything from scheduling appointments and navigating insurance to the actual procedures. Extremely professional and skilled dental specialist for procedures such as root canal.
Edit a week after: after the horrible experience, I was referred to Dr. Nealon at North Hill Endodontics. It was a completely different and great experience. ——————————————- I have seen Dr James Ho a handful of times because my general dentist referred me there. I DO NOT recommend him to anyone. I've been going to my dentist in Oakland for 25 years and was found in need of a root canal and was refered by him to Doctor James Ho, Entodontic Care Center in Berkeley. Having had a root canal 10-12 years ago as I did was a nightmare and needless to say I was very anxious about a repeat performance of the procedure as I remember it.
