The place looked like it was in the heart of the ghetto, but I pushed past that and went up anyhow. The lady at the front desk was terribly unprofessional towards me so as soon as she got short and raised her voice with me a little (I should have but I still didn't raise my voice at her) I asked for my insurance card back and she did not hand it to me, I had to ask for it 2 times and lean over the counter to reach for it. I am very unhappy with the treatment and the service. My teeth are not aligned right. I had thought the cost would goes hand in hand with quality but sure not. The price was over 30% more expensive than other places that I'd checked with. Dr. Ho is rude and keen to getting more patients. He sometimes put me to wait in the middle of treatments to serve new patients. I will never recommend anyone to this orthodontist.

We're not done yet - just started (4 mos.) Very conscientious doctor. Always happy to answer any question. have had to go back for some things in between visits and has always been happy to take care of the problem. My only issue is that the people answering the phone don't speak English very well and they can be frustrating to talk to. Also, his answering machine is in 3 languages and you are stuck listening to all three before you can leave a message. He does take insurance. Will review again later into our treatment.
