The waitress wearing a pink shirt with yellow hair today had a very poor attitude. She did not ask the guests what soup they wanted beforehand and directly served Chinese soup. When we politely asked her to change it to borscht, she immediately became serious and silent, and appeared very unhappy. Although she eventually brought the borscht, why didn’t she ask the guests which soup they preferred in advance, and why did she show such a bad attitude toward the guests?
