Best Chinese Food Anywhere!!! – This is the BEST Chinese restaurant I've ever eaten at. The quality if fantastic. I've moved away from the Fremont area years ago, but go back just for this place. I haven't been able to find anything else that compares. It's in a strip mall of the Warm Springs area in South Fremont but is definetely worth the drive. Service is great as well, they always remember you by name and even remember your favorite dishes.
Great Americanized Chinese Food – A few of my Chinese associates say Ho Chow is not authentic Chinese, authentic or not, it's damn good. The dim dining room is nicely decorated with hints of borderline tackiness added. The highlight of the menu is Madarin Deluxe Pan Fried Noodles. The noodles are fried and have a nice texture to them, it comes in a gravy-like sauce that is simply delicious.
