Zero stars if I could. This office needs to seriously reconsider accepting new patients, as well as the staff representing it. My daughter was referred to this doctor in early 2025 for severe stomach issues. We were given an appointment for early 2026, only to have it cancelled a few weeks beforehand because Dr. Ho would be working at the hospital. Dr. Benjamin Ho is an exceptional doctor. He is caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Ho saved my son Joshua's life. For that I am forever grateful.
Started at Lakeridge Bowmanville Hospital with a warm welcome from a lady that brought me right to the right location in hospital. All staff were incredible and then topped off by Dr Ho who was a class act. He explained everything and had a personal touch. Thanks
The worst Dr ever, because of his carelessness my mom end up getting Cirrhosis stage 4, please find yourself another Dr he is the wrong choice
If I could give this place a zero, I absolutely would. Dr.Ho alongside all the other individuals who operate this office are a bunch of unprofessional, lazy, low life, and egotistical individuals you’ll speak with. My mother was given this place from her appointment over at Lakeridge Health (Oshawa), I had given them a call on October 28th to understand what the appointment was for and to confirm details in order to prepare ahead for it.
