Really bad and rude behaviour. Gave me the letter of appointment 1year ago, I also confirmed about my appointment but when the day came they just changed the appointment without even notifying me. I waited 1 year! After I showed them the letter , I was just told, it was never changed and they do not know about the letter?!
Very good doctor but extremely overworked.
Zero stars if I could. This office needs to seriously reconsider accepting new patients, as well as the staff representing it. My daughter was referred to this doctor in early 2025 for severe stomach issues. We were given an appointment for early 2026, only to have it cancelled a few weeks beforehand because Dr. Ho would be working at the hospital. Dr. Benjamin Ho is an exceptional doctor. He is caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Ho saved my son Joshua's life. For that I am forever grateful.
