We have been renting from HNR for almost 10 months now and we couldn't be happier. We absolutely love our home!!! If anything needs fixed they're on top of it, when a really bad storm came through and trees and everything went down they made sure they had a team on it so we could have our yard back. The communication couldn't be better. When we moved in they worked with us (we moved across the country) and made sure that we understood everything and were so helpful. Take pictures before you move in of anything and everything. Take pictures when you move out of everything and anything. And videos of working windows, toilets, towel racks, etc
An absolute joke. They charged my roommates and I for an incident that took place prior to us moving in to our apartment. Would not remove the charge despite our efforts. How it is acceptable to charge tenants for something they had no relation to whatsoever. Aside from that they are extremely negligent and will tell you whatever you want to hear in the moment, and charge you an arm and a leg afterwards.
