When certs are needed with VIN #’s its next to impossible to get someone to help. My agent is never there. Brokers will give someone else the load if we don’t get these in a timely manner. With rates so low and insurance rates so high I need to act fast if I want a load with an even ok rate. You guys need to do better. These loads pay your rates.
We needed some policy info to book a load with their insured. Lauren Stevens was super fast to get it knocked out so that we could conduct business. Thanks for getting it handled so quickly!!!
