If anyone who knows me knows my living room floor has cost me $5000 in the last five years. We wanted to remodel our floor several year ago and put vinyl flooring down that looks like hard wood. 2 months after our floor starts to buckle. We call the people back and they say that it isn’t them it’s moisture under the floor so they refuse to fix it. So we wait till tax refund time and higher H and H construction to come fix it for us. Came & gave me estimate over a month ago. I have checked back 3 times with them to make appointment for them to come install vanity top, shower doors & replace several faucets. Was told they could come end of that week but would call me back the next day to confirm if would come on Thursday or Friday. Never called me back. I guess they don’t need the business?
They came to give an estimate to repair my garage door frame. This was 4 weeks ago. I have called twice to try to find out about the estimate and have been told that they will have someone to contact me each time. If it is this hard to get an estimate, how hard is it going to be to get them to actually do any work?
If you are looking to do any kind of home improvements H&H is the place to go, they were absolutely awesome in our kitchen remodel, you will not find nicer or more trustworthy people to work with, they honestly go above and beyond in taking care of their customers! Give them a call or stop by the store, you will not be disappointed!!
