I came by to have a second opinion on an evaporator core replacement and John was honest about the work it would take to fix it and helped me out right away. He also helped me out replacing a broken part on my bumper and saved me the hassle of having to do it myself. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for solid work done on their vehicle.
I've brought in my car twice on two separate occasions and John always delivers top quality service at a great deal. Dents and damaged bumpers, John walked me through the whole process and informs me what my options are. Then we agree on the plan and he orders the parts in front of me. Thank goodness for his honesty and transparency along with his friendly nature. He's also very timely with his repairs & sends updated pics throughout. I highly recommend John and HNC bodyworks. Few friends recommended me this shop and I was not disappointed at all. Had a full lip/side skirt/rear spats that I was looking to get paint matched and installed. John took me through the process of the hows and whens and even helped me with some other body work for my car that I didn’t look into at first. 10/10 customer service.
Needed to fix a dent on my car bumper. The owner is very friendly and honest. He gave me recommendations and pointed out things they could also fix while my car was there. I felt informed and did not feel pressured to having all the recommendations completed. They worked very quickly and kept me updated along the way.
