I would love to say that it was like family still at this practice, but the person at the desk doesn’t make it so. She will pretend to care and call you darling, but just is very rude. I paid for services that I didn’t get, because when I showed up for my appointment for fillings, I was told it was a hygienist appointment and the doctor couldn’t see me. Just terrible. My wife had an promotion from her job ( phone interview) and she was rushed to hurry up! Crazy part is, NO ONE WAS BEHIND HER AND SHE WAS OUTSIDE!! The women behind the counter and the doctor was rude. Why? I have no clue but we’re not paying for your services.
